Key responsibilities will see you ensuring that SAP Support team processes, procedure and guidelines are adhered to by all parties, you will manage the E2E procure to pay (P2P) process. Specifically you will have solid experience of SAP Procurement particularly within requisitions, vendor management, purchase orders, invoice management, approvals and reporting, SRM (VIM), portals and Opentext.
You will provide 2nd /3rd line support, guidance and best practice knowledge. You will work directly with the SAP support team, SAP support partner, business users, super users and master data management team to ensuring that the SAP Support team processes, procedure and guidelines are adhered to by all parties.
