My client is one of the most recognisable third party certification brands in the UK providing auditing services of quality management systems in all major industry sectors. I have a fantastic lead auditor opportunity for quality engineering professionals or existing quality auditors with a strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 from within the building and construction industry or related supply to the construction industry.
We are currently looking to recruit for a construction co-ordinator to assist senior staff in the set up and development of construction sites. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and ordering site items including items for welfare, plant and safety as well as dealing with day to day site requests.

The ideal candidate will be a retail focused technology entrepreneur with extensive consulting background, excellent leadership and business development skills, experience of building professional services teams, retail sector solutioning and strategy and a global IT delivery experience.
Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you will have responsibility for achieving growth targets through heading up the Bid team, developing contracts and overall new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include managing product line profitability, new product introduction and obsolescence, coordinating new market expansion, defining and managing market research and assisting with brand development programs. Significant cross-functional interaction and project / program management will be required across the organization with sales, marketing, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, sourcing, distribution and external customers.
You will be targeting Enterprise accounts at C level, in a horizontal role which will see you managing six and seven figure sales sizes. Whilst you will inherit some excellent accounts you will also need to be highly proactive in your sales approach, with the ability to bolt-on consulting packages to their software and services deals.
The successful candidate will need to have expertise and interest in both contentious and non-contentious work, and have a background within the Construction market gained from a leading regional or City practice.
