The candidate is required to have a proven track record of success at GM level, with outstanding leadership qualities as well as past experience in having full autonomy for a hotel as well as accountability for the P&L.
This role is target based and will involve managing a team of approximately 6 established sales reps who cover a territory of the North of England and Scotland. Therefore you will need to have a strong career of hitting targets, setting KPIs, monitoring progress and talent management to ensure that your team are working to their best ability.
