The successful candidate is required to support OCC function, providing proactive and reactive network management, including resolution of network incidents, root cause analysis and completion of change requests. The roles will focus on remotely resolving incidents, increasing the first time fix rates, ensuring SLAs are met, and wider call management.
Please note that this is not a Intelligence Analyst role. We are specifically seeking an IT specialist, and the role would sit within IT but work predominantly with the Insurance Fraud team.

The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of analysts and developers, with hands on responsibilities in addition to the planning and project management for the team. You will also need experience of developing and supporting large applications and databases.
* A high level of computer literacy and competence will be required, knowledge of SQL/ and databases is essential. * Computer programming qualifications, or experience, including ability to write programming code.
