This is a challenging and varied role for an experienced Financial Controller, giving a unique overview of different areas of the business. The successful candidate will be expected to use your creativity and interpersonal skills to develop the most effective solutions to accounting/reporting issues and share knowledge and best practices with the rest of the team.
You will be responsible for managing a team, focusing on process improvement and re-engineering. The successful Financial Controller will also be responsible for the preparation of a new ERP system implementation across multiple functions of the business, including Finance, HR and payroll. Change and transformation will also feature as a key element of this position.
