The successful candidate will have complete accountability for the delivery of end-to-end response, incident and request services to one or more of Computacenters customers: ensuring that all service levels are met in line with contractual obligations, that customer satisfaction targets are achieved, and that cost of delivery is optimized.
The role will involve technical requirement gathering from customers and performing independent research and development of the solution (a retail banking / mortgages / savings platform) to meet these requirements.
