Working closely with a regional manager the role will ensure the achievement of the teams annual revenue target, whilst adhering to the companys business standards and regulatory requirements. A key aspect of the role will be developing the business potential within the Midlands

To resolve complaints and enquiries at first point of contact so that the customer does not need to contact us again.
