Reporting into the Head of Customer Experience, this individual will have extensive knowledge of customer experience management gained within a retail or customer-facing organisation, and will need to work with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and ensure timely implementation of improvements and innovations through a range of customer touch points.
You will be responsible for managing customer lifecycle and have considerable experience of customer acquisition. You will develop a communication plan around customer acquisition while maintaining the brand guidelines. You will also develop a lifecycle programme which looks at all activities from engagement, activation to loyalty and retention.
