The main purpose of the Capacity Planners role is to be responsible for the monitoring of capacity issues on all processors operated by the Service Line and to develop effective capacity plans, ensuring that the service provided to customers meets the established Service Level Agreements and quality standards.
The successful candidate will primarily interpret requirements provided by external and internal customers and produce technical solutions which support these requirements. Work with representatives of external and internal customers to plan implementation of patches and major releases of WebSphere software to ensure that processes are fully understood by all parties in order to minimize risk to services.
