Your task will be to manage a key programme of Proposition and Customer Experience development, which is set to transform the experience Business customers get when they interact with O2. With your help, we can develop and refine this experience, so thats its the very best in the market. In short, youll be responsible for bringing our multi-product, multi-channel sales and service vision to life.
Within the role the successful candidate will lead and drive the strategy and business development of Operations in its South of England division, delivering and outperforming the Business Plan and Operational initiatives to continually improve service delivery, drive growth and profit and taking accountability for the delivery of a robust strategic plan and its obligations for HSQE across the portfolio within the South of England.
