The Head of Operations will be responsible for establishing an end to end delivery capability to dispatch the npower obligations as set out in Green Deal/ECO. This will include setting up systems and processes to deliver the back office and customer service requirements for Green Deal/ECO (OPEX circa £5m).
This will involve defining, planning and managing projects in accordance with best-practice principles through all stages of the engineering development life cycle. Additionally the role will be involved in the management of long term support contracts or in-service support requests.
