Within the role the successful candidate will lead and drive the strategy and business development of Operations in its South of England division, delivering and outperforming the Business Plan and Operational initiatives to continually improve service delivery, drive growth and profit and taking accountability for the delivery of a robust strategic plan and its obligations for HSQE across the portfolio within the South of England.
