We are looking for an experienced Consultant to undertake a full end to end assessment of the as-is Service Delivery Framework for our client. The Service Design Architect will be responsible for engaging with the CIO & CTO as SRO's, and more broadly with the Senior Management stakeholders to analyse the as-is fitness for purpose, and propose and deliver a best practice service delivery transformation programme.
This Customer Service Manager position is accountable for all Customer Service in the UK & Ireland, assuring departmental and company service objectives with best in class Customer Service delivery to both direct and end customers across the UK and Ireland.
