Upstream Resourcing is searching for three Lead Recruiters. Each Lead Recruiter will manage a team. The role requires a proven ability to lead best practice recruitment processes and build strong relationships with demanding stakeholder groups. The position has two very distinct elements: one, providing transactional services through the delivery of excellent applicants to the business and secondly, acting in a consultancy capacity to inform and educate your various audiences, through your specialist business knowledge and talent management expertise.

Whilst working with innovative projects and other cutting-edge developers in an environment set for personal development and mentoring.
This is a classic presales role and will see you conducting product demonstrations, assisting with documentation and RFIs, and new customer engagement. You will be dealing with engineering firms predominantly and they are expanding into other verticals; projects are conducted at C level and you will be working on £million deals.
