Reporting to the Network Business Development Manager, the Network Offerings and New Business role will work hands-on with our in-house team and our outsourced partner BT Global Services and be responsible for day to day engagement with bids in order to provide the required Telecoms input to such bids.
Working within the central Service Desk for a large well established organisation, you will be providing 1st line support to users (hardware & software). Day to day responsibilities will include diagnosing and allocating all Service Desk requests in accordance with SLAs and providing 1st line support including call logging, general troubleshooting.
