The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and development of the team, winning work, increasing Atkins profile and developing new markets. They will be able to demonstrate a track record at high level within the industry in a relevant structural maintenance field and will have a good overall understanding of the techniques available in the field as a whole.
A proven background in costs is a must. While previous management experience is not essential, you must be willing and able to take responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of one of the firm's largest teams.
