You will be expected to contribute to the excellent reputation of the University of Bristol in research and enterprise and to have an affiliation with one of the current research groups within the Engineering Faculty including; Ultrasonics & NDT, Robotics, Solid Mechanics and Dynamics & Control. One of these posts is expected to align with the Bristol-Oxford Nuclear Research Centre, and would be expected to work closely with Prof David Smith in Mechanical Engineering and Dr John May in Civil Engineering on probabilistic modelling of engineering systems.
