The Associate Director will take a lead role in the business development activities of the team. You will design new ways of attracting high quality individuals, and work collaboratively with other teams supporting recruitment in order to grow the portfolio in line with the School's strategy. This new Director level role, reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor, will drive the delivery of the new strategy for knowledge services. Your role will be to work closely with the five faculty Deans and the Director of Research to identify business opportunities and rapidly expand the external provision of quality-assured services.
