This role of the Finance Director entails preparing and presenting annual budget and monthly management accounts to the board, preparing statutory annual and half-yearly accounts and for maintaining relationships with bankers and other finance providers. In addition they will be expected to help negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers, to assist the CEO in maintaining key commercial relationships and to develop business plans where required.
This role will require candidates to develop and build the UK finance team and interact with people across the business in all functions. You must have at least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role leading a Finance function

The role will also take something of an international slant and will have a number of international finance representatives who will partially report into this role.
