To be considered for this opportunity you must be a Sales Manager or Director with experience of managing a field-based Salesteam of at least 15 people. Ideally you will have a great deal of experience of selling IT Infrastructure & Services to the Private or Public sector but it is your success in managing sales teams directly that will be of most importance.
You will lead and manage a team of Adjusters, Claims Handlers and Administrators and will be responsible for the achievement of their performance targets and the branch's service level agreements. Strict targets will need to be met surrounding leakage, renewal retention and customer service standards. You will conduct internal audits to ensure all claims are handled correctly and all processes are completed within compliance guidelines.

The role will be based out of the Newcastle Customer Service Centre, however candidates are expected to spend much of their time working with stakeholders at the numerous Balfour Beatty sites nationwide, and therefore must be prepared to be mobile.
As well as bringing plenty of commercial experience, youll have proved yourself in a similar high-volume B2B sales environment. And of course, along with your first rate negotiation skills, youll have a record of gaining new business.
