The main responsibilities of the role are to manage the online search and cross sell/up-sell experience for each product category within company's brands, using tools and personalization software. You will utilise data from multiple sources, provide recommendation to B&M on the best practice approach in merchandising to optimise KPI's (e.g. search-to-basket conversion funnel, accelerate cross-sell and upsell sales, and deliver product level landing page experience that delights customers.
You will be responsible for managing the online search experience by enhancing accuracy of searches and driving sales. You will use your skills within a previous position including tools such as Endeca and ATG to create design templates and navigation paths to drive sales.
