You will be an experienced consultant, used to working large, complex applications transformation projects, and can expect to spend a large amount of time working on projects as well as on opportunity development and presales support. You will be responsible for identification and recognition of emerging offerings, defining strategy for future growth and leveraging business opportunities for the company as well as the group.

You will be able to shape and sell deals encompassing this businesses impressive range of solutions ranging from full IT outsourcing projects through to new cloud services propositions.
To secure this role as a Solution Manager / Solution Director you will have a proven track record of delivering IT Solutions across the full enterprise. Will have a technical knowledge base that covers the full enterprise (infrastructure and application).
The product is highly configurable and has all of the functionality you would associate with a tier one solution. They sell direct to end users and the order value starts at around £75k and they closed two £500k + deals last year.
The role is a new business role, fully supported by marketing with the marketing team creating 80% of the new business opportunities. This role is selling the full remit of software to the services market.
Project Managers handle commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project, etc. Typically, projects fall within the £1m to £3m range. When in a supporting role, the project size may be far greater.
With nearly a £1billion worth of Oracle business already won this this year this practice will be their biggest growth area. You will be given the freedom and support to do what you do best in a collegiate environment which fosters growth.
The successful candidate will be part of a strong sales team and will be central in helping to win new business expected to be in the general range of £200k to £1m.
