The Bids & Proposals Engineer will be responsible for leading the response to tender (RTT) enquiry process. This will include liaison with customers, co-ordinating internal and external resources and manpower from the Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams to create detailed, effective and highly professional proposals. Customers include international telecoms operators, telecoms equipment manufacturers, overseas governments and international aid and development agencies.
To provide sound technical, design and contract management support on electrical engineering services to ensure project requirements and clients specifications are fully met. Offer advice and guidance to staff within the discipline.

Ideally, you will have at least 7-10 years experience of Ports & Harbours and/or Coastal Engineering together with the ability to drive this sector of our business.
