As Employment Counsel, your primary responsibility will be advising on the EMEA employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and commercial agreements. In addition where you have capacity you will pitch in with the rest of the Employment team in giving general counsel advice designed to ensure consistency and compliance with employment law, regulations and practice across Google's offices in EMEA.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of tribunal advocacy and the preparation of Employment Tribunal claims. As one of the lead advocates you will be required to focus on Employment Tribunal advocacy and in particular the complex and high value claims the team undertake. You will also be expected to develop and maintain existing clients relationships and participate in the team's networking and targeting initiatives, as well as supervise less experienced members of the team.
