The successful candidate will have a strong track record of tribunal advocacy and the preparation of Employment Tribunal claims. As one of the lead advocates you will be required to focus on Employment Tribunal advocacy and in particular the complex and high value claims the team undertake. You will also be expected to develop and maintain existing clients relationships and participate in the team's networking and targeting initiatives, as well as supervise less experienced members of the team.
The type of work undertaken is varied and includes advisory, tribunal, and transactional projects. You will also be expected to become involved in the business development activities, utilising and developing your own network of contacts.
