When you join our Legal Team as Head of Employment, you'll provide expert legal advice to support the effective management and utilisation of human resources across the Group's diverse range of businesses, active in ten sectors of the UK economy. In addition, you'll lead, motivate and develop a team of lawyers to meet and exceed the expectations of internal customers, whilst also selecting and directing external third parties to ensure timely and cost effective service delivery.
The roles involve carrying out research, report writing, client and stakeholder interaction, and business development. They cover a range of fields and work including: socio-economic impact assessments; local plan and planning policy research (for example including infrastructure analysis, Community Infrastructure Levy viability analysis, and employment land reviews); development frameworks, local economic development; feasibility studies and business plans; and property market research.
