The successful candidate will have a strong track record of tribunal advocacy and the preparation of Employment Tribunal claims. As one of the lead advocates you will be required to focus on Employment Tribunal advocacy and in particular the complex and high value claims the team undertake. You will also be expected to develop and maintain existing clients relationships and participate in the team's networking and targeting initiatives, as well as supervise less experienced members of the team.
As part of this project they are looking to recruit an experienced Employment Law HR Professional. Ideally you will have a Legal qualification alongside your HR Experience and a HR qualification. You will be based in the East Midlands and may occasionally travel to meetings across the UK.
