When you join our Legal Team as Head of Employment, you'll provide expert legal advice to support the effective management and utilisation of human resources across the Group's diverse range of businesses, active in ten sectors of the UK economy. In addition, you'll lead, motivate and develop a team of lawyers to meet and exceed the expectations of internal customers, whilst also selecting and directing external third parties to ensure timely and cost effective service delivery.
As well as having the right clients and work, our solicitors have early responsibility for their own clients and deals and are full involved in marketing and networking. They receive full support and excellent training programmes which consist of weekly in-house training sessions plus structured training programmes with external providers.
