This position is responsible for developing and implementing the supplier quality and development strategy for the assigned plant. Provides leadership and guidance for subordinates in analyzing, measuring, and improving supplier performance. Works closely with suppliers on training and development opportunities.
To design aircraft components for fuel systems (typically pumps and valves), and other applications that meet the customers requirements and expectations within agreed timescales and costs using 2D or 3D CAD software with supporting analysis.

The successful applicant will have relevant maritime safety, environmental and risk management experience within a commercial engineering/consultancy environment. The applicant will also be able to manage projects to the highest standards and assist in seeking new opportunities.
Designs and develops competitive fuel system solutions that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Act as technical lead for fuel pump projects internally and externally as directed by the Engineering or Project Manager.
