Reporting to the Consultancy Division Manager you will be a technical in-house lead and be responsible for managing a team of consultants at various levels based throughout the UK.
The quality engineer will be responsible for carrying out APQP and FMEA. You will manage quality reporting activity, both internal and external, coordinate resolution of any quality issues, identify and set quality standards and KPIs to meet customer specification and expectation.
The Lead Weight Engineer is responsible for the timely and accurate estimation and preparation of all mass properties estimates and reports on the A350 XWB -1000 program.
Your primary duties will be to lead the analysis of service issues, field failures, manage test & validation programmes, mechanical design of components including stress & thermal calculation plus analysis of static & high speed rotating components with rigorous design for manufacture and assembly.

You will need to be a Chartered Engineer and be capable of combining excellent Technical Knowledge with proven Project Management skills.
The Technical Lead - Stress Analysis plays a key role in the technical leadership of the A350XWB Wing Trailing Edge program. You will act as a technical expert on the stress analysis required for the program, with opportunity to carry out hands on work as well as mentor and develop the skills of graduate engineers across the team.
