As a Recruitment Consultant or Managing Consultant you will work within one of several markets, where your key responsibility will be the development of a client portfolio; this will be achieved through the acquisition of new business and the account management of some existing and previous global clients. Alongside client management you will follow through on all candidate application procedures from interviewing through to placement in this full 360 recruitment role.
Lead, manage and coach the Recruitment, Mobilisation and associated administration teams to ensure that the appropriate skills and competence levels are in place to deliver an effective service to customer.
