FRL are working in partnership with a leading UK Facilities Management (FM) service provider to recruit a Regional Facilities Contract Manager for a complex Public Sector account in the North West of England.
The crux of the role here is to design the technical solution for all aspects of this FM proposal in the Defence estate sector, taking the lead in the planning, management and development of the service offering in conjunction with the Project Director.
·To provide professional support and effective leadership by delivering a high quality, compliant and effective service consisting of: Contract Management which includes Catering, Cleaning and Portering. ·To ensure the services are delivered in line with service delivery agreements and efficient and cost effective delivery of services in compliance with Codes of Practice and NHS guidance.
