A leading provider of Total FM solutions has specified the need for an Account Director to manage a Total FM Account in the South East. Successful candidates will have a proven track record at a strategic management level within facilities. You will be extremely operationally focused and will be able to motivate a diverse range of technical and non technical staff across national contracts.
The ideal candidate will have integrated facilities management experience, with knowledge of FM service delivery. The experience to manage a budget and have full P&L responsibility within a challenging contract. You will be a strong operator a natural leader with commercial and all round leadership and relationship management skills. You must also have a strong understanding of how to liaise with the SPV and the ability to influence at a senior level on a PFI contract.
