An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join this respected and well know national Maintenance Provider. Working on their interesting and challenging project based in Stoke, you will provide day to day support on the contract, helping to supervise and manage a team of engineers as well as providing administration and auditing support to the Contracts Manager.
The crux of the role here is to design the technical solution for all aspects of this FM proposal in the Defence estate sector, taking the lead in the planning, management and development of the service offering in conjunction with the Project Director.
