The experience to manage a budget and have full P&L responsibility within a challenging contract. You will be a strong operator a natural leader with commercial and all round leadership and relationship management skills. You must also have a strong understanding of how to liaise with the SPV and the ability to influence at a senior level on a PFI contract.
