The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of writing large tenders into either the public or private sector and must have Facilities Management experience, ideally knowledge of TFM however if you come from a soft or hard services background my client would be interested in speaking with you.
As area manager you will be based at the largest site in the group in Edinburgh as General Manager and you will be responsible for the day to day running.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Director and Business Project Manager to manage the design and integration of the facilities affected by the £16m refurbishment and building development of Wellcome Collection over the next two and a half years.
