The successful candidate will have complete accountability for the delivery of end-to-end response, incident and request services to one or more of Computacenters customers: ensuring that all service levels are met in line with contractual obligations, that customer satisfaction targets are achieved, and that cost of delivery is optimized.
The role is new business working and selling into a specific set of named accounts; all tier one retailers. Their current team carry targets of between £1m and £3m; all seven of the team hit target last year. This role is focussing on services and will carry a £1.5m target. The typical average order value will be £300k and they have the ability to close and service multi £m wins.
