The Finance Director will be a hands-on, dynamic and tenacious leader who will have proven M&A skills, a good record of systems and people development and a real feel for creating the conditions for sound growth to flourish. The Finance Director will be a qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA or ACMA, and have extensive commercial experience and a good contact base within the Private Equity/Investment Bank space.
As Finance & Operations Director your prime objective will be to maximise shareholder value and ensure the company performs to its financial potential against the amazing opportunities on offer. Youll already be a high performing executive with experience of high growth international SMEs and funding models. Experience of developing ERP systems is vital, as is competence and commitment in implementing ICT strategy to maximise productivity and customer value via outsourcing & supply chain integration.
