The Finance Director will be a hands-on, dynamic and tenacious leader who will have proven M&A skills, a good record of systems and people development and a real feel for creating the conditions for sound growth to flourish. The Finance Director will be a qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA or ACMA, and have extensive commercial experience and a good contact base within the Private Equity/Investment Bank space.
This is an operational and strategic role. You will be tasked with ensuring the effective management of all finance functions, including forecasting, reporting and budgeting. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the appropriate systems are in place to maximise efficiency while making sure that the systems and processes are aligned with business and compliance requirements.
