This role of the Finance Director entails preparing and presenting annual budget and monthly management accounts to the board, preparing statutory annual and half-yearly accounts and for maintaining relationships with bankers and other finance providers.
The main responsibilities of this role include leading the financial strategy of the business, running the annual budgeting plan, provide monthly reporting and business analysis, develop financial and business systems and practices, play a lead role in acquisitions and manage the finance team.
The role of Finance Director within this organisation is responsible for financial leadership to include financial planning, forecasting, statutory accounting, compliance and monthly reporting. The role is also responsible for working closely with the board to drive the business forward and translate financial information into sound business strategies.
