This position will be based in a small Finance team within a large organisation. The role will include the following responsibilities: manage accounting functions, including direction and staff development; executing.
Providing leadership and management of the Finance team, you will have full responsibility for annual budgets and forecasts and will lead the year end process and take charge of the setting of annual budgets for the new financial year.
You will challenge at SBU level, drive for best practice and facilitate the provision of accurate, timely and no surprises information at all times. In contributing to the delivery of the strategic plans, and helping drive business performance, you will interact extensively at Executive level both at Group and individual SBU level.
You will be charged with managing all financial and fiscal aspects in taking the new opportunities from initiation, through development and ultimate delivery before handing them over to Operations for ongoing management.
The role forms part of the wider Wealth Management Sales Team therefore working in close partnership with the introducers and peers in this team will be part of any successful applicants day-to-day activity.
