Corporate Reporting is responsible for legal entity management and corporate reporting of the Capital Markets business of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Europe and preparation of statutory accounts of the UK based entities (over 150 legal entities).
They are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Risk Manager to establish and embed risk management within The company. This will include reviewing and updating all existing processes bringing consistency.
- Manage all key Departmental operational financial and MI systems, ensuring that systems and data are available in accordance with agreed service levels and ensuring the provision of timely and accurate management information.

You will be Diploma or Chartered or working towards this so that you are in line for RDR. Some clients will be provided so you should be able and happy to develop these existing relationships and develop new long standing business.
