The successful candidate will provide advice to existing and new clients with the support of a technical support and paraplanning unit. The role will develop long term into a leadership role with the opportunity for the IFA to build his or her own team of consultants.
The focus is upon SME UK commercial package and combined insurance business, derived purely from the supporting broker channel, and consisting of independent regional brokers ranging upto larger, nationally represented firms. The prime purpose of the role is to manage the panel and increase business flow through ensuring optimum service and underwriting response and strength of relationships balanced with mutually beneficial commercial plans for moving forward.

Reporting to the Brand Director, you will be responsible for leading approximately 7 reports covering Digital programmes, Online content, Campaign Management (Brochure and E-mails) across groundbreaking portfolio of Financial Services products.
They are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to service and develop a portfolio of corporate business worth circa £350,000 fee income. You will be responsible for working with the brokers to service all aspects of this portfolio and ensure the clients are well looked after, thereby maximising retention levels.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large and complex Personal Injury Claims with a minimum value of £250K up to, in excess of, £1m. You will also be responsible for the development of staff and the departments Claims Strategy moving forward so Managerial or Leadership qualities will also be required.
You will be responsible for the provision of IT and Project/Supplier Management and providing leadership on systems development for the business. You will introduce new (and maintain existing) solutions for the technical architecture within the business, covering all aspects of IT including telephony.
To implement Chartis Insurance UK Limited's strategy to drive Financial Lines new business growth and profitability in the region. Focus on monthly production budgets. Ensure that new business is processed in a timely fashion in accordance with company guidelines.
Co-ordinating all financial statements and reports. Planning and executing the budget and forecast processes. Creation of financial reports and associated analysis. Variance analysis. Processing of supplier and customer documentation.
- Monitor and challenge outsourcers' performance against established customer services metrics. Assess and measure performance including remediation activities. - Develop TCF policy and agenda, including raising and prioritising TCF issues and providing quality information to senior stakeholders.
