An experienced HR Operations Manager is required to assume responsibility for all the elements of the HR function, managing the team and supporting the business in its daily HR activities It is anticipated that all applicants willl be able to demonstrate full CIPD status with a proven generalist background in a Financial Services/Blue Chip organisation of a similar size.
You will be charged with managing all financial and fiscal aspects in taking the new opportunities from initiation, through development and ultimate delivery before handing them over to Operations for ongoing management.
