You will be expected to manage client relationships proactively from initial set up meetings to ongoing service issues; building trust and responding quickly to client needs. You will be responsible for managing a team, focusing on process improvement and re-engineering. The successful Financial Controller will also be responsible for the preparation of a new ERP system implementation across multiple functions of the business, including Finance, HR and payroll.
