You will report to a Director and be responsible for growing FUM and AUM by the attraction and execution of new business on a fee-based basis. The firm will provide support with clients and introducers but will expect you to nurture and develop these relationships. You will also analyze the existing client bank, present and discuss with the Director viable proposition to improve portfolios.
As the District Technical Manager (M and E) you will be responsible for the day to day hard FM service delivery for a District within the PSNI Estate. The estate is split into eight distinct districts which cover the extents of Northern Ireland. You will based out of a key site within a district.

You will be responsible for the financial monitoring and reporting of projects assigned, the preparation of financial statements in respect to projects assigned advising and establishing suitable construction contracts with clients to suit procurement needs and ensuring proper administration of the Contract requirements.

Manage global CSAT program and processes including regular communication with customers, account primes and upper management
The role supports the EMEA S&B Margining processes within Europe across multiple product lines. The role involves managing the various teams within the EMEA Margin Utility based in Belfast. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external clients for the purpose identifying and resolving issues related to the normal daily process.
The Person: The person in this role will have experience of outbound business to business sales, and generating sales leads through cold calling. You will be proactive and able to work on your own initiative as well as being able to work as required by direct line managers.
The audit function adds value by providing assurance on the Group’s risk management and control processes, in relation to customer, financial or reputational risks. Role holders team lead / participate in audits within an assigned business unit, in line with Group Internal Audit standards and procedures.
