An experienced HR Operations Manager is required to assume responsibility for all the elements of the HR function, managing the team and supporting the business in its daily HR activities It is anticipated that all applicants willl be able to demonstrate full CIPD status with a proven generalist background in a Financial Services/Blue Chip organisation of a similar size.
The business is committed to ensuring the continued strength of the Finance team and now requires a pivotal Group Accounting Manager to take ownership of all Financial & IFRS Reporting requirements for the Group. Naturally, we expect you to be technically proficient and you will thus take charge of all external reporting and disclosure requirements, ensure Group wide Accounting Policies and Financial Controls reflect best practice and own the accounting for share based payments and the associated valuation models.
