Developing and mentoring a team of 4 analysts; Coordination of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process for the EMEA business, covering the P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow; Work with senior managers preparing detailed budgets, forecasts & reporting; Lead the month end process and make recommendations to senior management around business performance against the full year forecast; Balance sheet reconciliations and analysis, ensuring effective control practices are in place.
Reporting directly to the European Finance Director this role is primarily to understand improve financial performance by partnering with Senior Management to drive and delver financial results through rigorous review, analysis and reporting of operating expense (Opex) and taking lead ownership of strategic transformation initiatives, there is a strong focus on standardising processes to provide consistent and accurate reporting to the wider business.

You will be expected to manage client relationships proactively from initial set up meetings to ongoing service issues; building trust and responding quickly to client needs. You should be committed to providing quality advice and solutions through knowledge of UK financial products and services, so clients can manage their affairs in the most effective way.
The role is key to the Group reporting process and the successful applicant will have an opportunity to regularly deal directly with queries from the Chief Financial Officer. As such the role gives the opportunity to develop a good understanding of all aspects of the Group reporting process and to make a major contribution to the Group Finance Team.
Reporting to the Global Director of Affinity, the Traffic & Reporting Manager will produce timely reporting, drawing out critical key insights, then work with the wider online affinity and store teams to support on-going development, refinement and optimisation.
You will have full ownership of Corporate Reporting and Monthly Internal Reporting. You will support the consolidation of the budget process to Group Finance and have responsibility for the quarterly press releases.
Working closely with a regional manager the role will ensure the achievement of the teams annual revenue target, whilst adhering to the companys business standards and regulatory requirements.
