The Managing Director is looking to take a more strategic view of the business and he now needs a Sales Manager/Sales Director designate to lead, manage, motivate and grow his existing sales team.
Historically they have recruited seasoned, experienced salespeople who have a very good knowledge of the backup, virtualisation and storage market. Their latest round of hiring is to recruit slightly more junior salespeople, ideally from a VAR who want to make a big move in the vendor community.
