In this role you will report to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness while working collaboratively with Group to ensure the Co-operative Banking Group approach to resourcing is in line with Group requirements, ensuring they are fit for purpose, implemented and operating efficiently.
You must be currently working within the healthcare market. You will be responsible for UK, Italy, Germany, Spain and France. You will be responsible for motivating a team within a fast moving and dynamic organisation. If you have experience of also working with distributors this will be a distinct advantage.
